Join me every Thursday at 9:00AM sharp at Lumos Pilates for a grounded, full-body mat Pilates session rooted in classical technique. This class focuses on core strength, alignment, breath, and control using your bodyweight to build strength from the inside out.

Expect intentional sequencing, deep activation, and a challenging yet accessible flow that meets you where you are and pushes you forward.

1:1 Sessions

Personalized, one-on-one Pilates sessions designed to meet your body’s needs and your goals. Choose between mat or reformer, with each session tailored to build strength, improve mobility, enhance core stability, and support overall performance.

Sessions are intentional, challenging, and fully customized—whether you’re just starting out or looking to deepen your practice.
