No equipment. No excuses. No shortcuts. Thursday mat Pilates is the practice you can take anywhere — and the one that proves you don't need a machine to build an athlete's body. The most communal class on the schedule. Taught by Coach Zha. Every Thursday.

A music-driven total body experience combining Pilates, strength training, and cardio. High energy. Athletic. Every rep a commitment honored. This is where athletes perform. Welcome to the Arena.

TRACK NIGHT Monthly · 45–60 min · All paces welcome


This is not a run club. This is Track Night. Coach Zha leads monthly sprint intervals, speed drills, and athletic conditioning on a real track. Quick. Fun. Done in under an hour. You'll feel more like an athlete walking off that track than you have in years. Members attend free. Public always welcome.
